Soldaat van Oranje, The Musical

Together with my parents, Annemarie and I went to Katwijk today to see 'Soldaat van Oranje The Musical'.
I have never seen anything like that in a theatre before. An impressive true story , played on a 360 degrees rotating stage/audience, that brings you back into World War II.
A complete beach with real waves rolling in, actors on ships and swimming, riding motorcycles on stage, and on top of that a real airplane arriving at the end of the show that brought back our former queen Wilhelmina from London.
What an impressive event. I now understand why this show has been playing sold out for the past 7 years. I expect it to last for a few years more.
