Another baker in the family

Our new Son in Law has often made a cake when coming for Sunday lunch but today he excelled himself. He does make exceedingly good sponge but the cake in the blip today is an 'Eton Mess Cake'. The filling between the sponge is Eton mess and the large meringues on the top are made by him too. It was as delicious as it looks.
