Where's my......

.......mozzarella gone? I haven't quite got Jamie's touch. I did it all as he said, really I did but although it didn't look right it was very tasty! We had it with pasta rather than rolls.

Went to see a short film about Wansborough Paper Mill this morning. Very sadly it closed at the end of 2015. Many list their jobs & it had a huge impact on the area. It was very poignant.
