I rode to the town, and bought timers to go in Dad's so it doesn't look like an empty house. Went up and set them up. then caught the train to London to meet up with Keith and Naomi: I did not check first, there was rugby on, so standing (just) room only all the way to Twickers. I caught the Victoria Line to Finsbury Park, and then walked over the hill to Crouch End, a lovely sunny day, we had tea in a rather smart cafe, ordered frames for the order of service books, and then walked back to Keith's house for apple crumble in the garden, (using apples I donated).
The train journey home was also packed, but at least I got a seat. None the less a nice day out.
