Crumbling

Well apart from the usual equine and canine duties the day was split between the orchard, kitchen and the F1 GP.
The wind at one point was fetching fruit of the branches! I managed to gather some apples and gages . While doing the roast I did another batch of plumbs and some apple for crumble. 
We chose apple to follow the roast beef. I wouldn't win any of those French stars for presentation but it did taste grand  ;0)
