Pig Roast at Big Spruce.

My day off.....ahhhh so lovely!   had a long lie in bed, lovely slow breakfast, some reading on the porch.   Then Terry and I went off to the annual pig roast at one of our local breweries.....i'm so impressed with these guys!   4-5  years ago they started growing their own hops and making their own brew...in a very small facility.  Now, they have grown in leaps and bounds and their beer is sold in the beer store.  It's pretty wonderful beer!   so there was a food truck, a large tent with music and beer being sold.....and that's Jeremy, the owner, cooking the pork.  way too much food for us, but it was a lovely break from our usual sunday.

managed to book a sweet little cabin for 2 nights, we're off on tuesday morning for some well needed r and r!!!
