Drop Scones

Quieter day today after yesterday's excitement! Although not so quiet in the town as the Tour o' the Borders took place.
Cooked a big brunch for the family (except no 2 son who is now in Spain on holiday) with my friend Mary and then enjoyed some of her delicious drop scones (also known as Scotch Pancakes).
