We caught the end of the World Press photography exhibition at the Parliament building.
Some stunning, beautiful, disturbing, even disgusting pictures. Powerful stuff, but a confused lay-out and I felt a lot of the prints were too dark, not to mention too heavily vignetted,
M is looking at a photo by Antonio Gibotta. It looks violent, but is a mad festival, where people get pelted with eggs and flour and the town is taken over by a Lord of Misrule-type for a day. Everyone in the picture is laughing...
