Took Betsy for a walk this morning, chpoied for lunch ingredients and then went over to mum and dads to cook it for them. Mum doesn't have much appetite or energy and is suffering badly with headaches and dizziness. G came over in the afternoon and we had a good chat with dad which I hope cheered him up a bit. He had baked a coconut cake so I had to bring a piece home!
