A Whacker

I don't usually on a Monday - but it would be rude not to.  A whacker of gin is a half a half a measure I believe - according to P's mother.  So I had just a whacker. 

I don't usually swim in the sea early on a Monday morning either, but I did today, an early lap in skins.  

Routines - the jury is still out on whether I like them or not.....
