Perfect for kite surfing!

An early start and off for a swim before 07:00 this morning and managed 120 lengths before going back home to get ready for our trip to Llanelli.  We stayed here last June and have been looking forward to coming back here. The apartment we rent is only about 100m from the beach.  When we got here we welcomed warmly by the owner and then brought the cases in and then went to nearby Flanagan's for a light tea.  While we were there this chap started some kite surfing so it seemed like a good Blip.  You can just about see the Gower in the background.  Then a reconnoitre of the North Dock.  It looks fairly shallow and at least not murky like Bradley Stoke.  One lap is 800m so I need to do two laps for my Macmillan Cancer Support sponsored swim!  I will dip a toe in the water tomorrow!
