Very Moving

We moved in today. Got the keys at 1 pm. The three ( yes THREE) removal lorries arrived at 1:20. The guys worked their whatsits off and two lorries departed at 5:30 (the other went at around 2:30). They were brilliant. They started work at 7:30 am in Warwickshire, delivered everything to us in Devon, unpacked, and would have got back to Warwickshire at around 9:30 this evening - a very long day for them.
We have just eaten fish and chips and a nice bottle of wine courtesy of the removal company. (We had bought a ready meal that just needed to be stir fried but we don't know where the wok is!).
Lounge is almost there. Bed is made. Kitchen is around 50% unpacked. Garage is FULL of boxes. So quiet except for first hour or so when a helicopter was buzzing around very low. Turns out he was inspecting power cables. It's only 9:15pm, but we shall shortly be in the land of nod. I guess we've got the next 10 years to unpack!
P.s. Just realised that I am no longer Coffee Potter as we don't live there any more :-()
