Llangollen

First stop on road trip was the rapids at Llangollen.....we heard them from the car park and followed the sound.

At Betws y coed ...where I felt like a proper photographer and scrambled down slippy rocks to get a photo....then I had to get back up! All's well though and the day continued on as we discovered Edward 1 castles.
Our stopover is in a Marstons Inn - great value, first time I have stayed and definately recommend.
