Buntys Tea Room

Today we went into Lincoln, first the annual clarks trip, we had thought as Jack had new shoes in last term he works he ok. However we also knew he had shot up over holidays. It appears we must place him in a grow bag as he is 1.5 sizes bigger.

After new school shoes, trainers and plimsolls due to growing feet we left somewhat poorer!

After that we had a nice walk up steep hill stopping in the way for tea and cakes. Blip is my lovely dad and step mum, aka funny nanny and grandpa. Funny as she always smiles and laughs so jack called her that.


We then went to the cathedral which is just stunning, we lit candles, I did mine for all my grandparents hoping it helps them stay well.

Walked back to the car and then home, nanny , Jack and Gramps went kite flying while we made late lunch.

They had to head off about 5 ish due to work but it's been a lovely few days, Jack has enjoyed playing and cried when they went.

Bath and early bed for us all.
