On the rocks

Another hot day, so we went for a walk along a forest trail with a fair amount of shade and close to the water .  We hadn't been on this walk for a long time.  If we added up all the walkers we've ever met on the many other times we've walked this trail,  the number would be less than the number we met today!  I liked the silhouette of this mystery man on the rocks down by the beach.
Quite smoky here today from forest fires to the south and east.  The province is still in a state of emergency, worst wildfire season ever.  Lots of fires in US to the south of us as well.  Scary.  
30 degrees in the shade just after 1 pm.  Too hot for me.  Thinking of sitting outside with a drink on the rocks.  :)
