Monday: Yolks

We met up with H and J for breakfast at 'Yolks' this morning - we haven't seen them for a while as they have been away.  It was really great to catch up - it felt like we had loads to tell each other.  And it's true what the reviews say - 'Yolks' does really good chicken and waffles.  We even got our tea and coffees on the house as they forgot to bring the gravy.  Good job we didn't notice due to the ample maple syrup (ample maple - same letters!  That's clever!).

As for the rest of the day, it was incredibly hot!
