Getting on my goat!
This evening I headed into town for a 5 course goat-based tasting menu at Gorgie City Farm.
Two of my favourite chefs (Rosario from Locanda De Gusti and Fred from L'escargot Bleu/Blanc) produced an outstanding menu. It was also great to catch up with a fellow Gastronaut and to meet a new one - just embarking on the course.
