Invaders
Not rare and spreading rapidly, but I met my first Leicestershire Rosemary Beetles recently, chomping through some Lavender (which they like a lot). In spite of the name, they're not American but from southern Europe, and being spread rapidly by the plant trade. They're not going away but I can think of several SSSIs in VC55 where they'll be unwelcome additions, competing with already hard-pressed pollinators for the wild marjoram, thyme and basil.
