Clun Castle
At last the weather turns and Autumn is on the way.
A visit to Clun in the rain is rewarded with a visit to the local drop in centre.
(The Pub) The Sun Inn - the oldest continually licensed premesis in England.
Welcoming to walkers (The Shropshire Way), Cyclists (LeJog) and Caravaneers (moochers).
The local ale - Three Tuns Brewery "Solstice" - 3.9% is an excellent session beer,
Straw-coloured; lightly malty; medium-strong, crisp, floral-fruity bitterness and Audrey drove back.
Our weekend is over and all we (We?) have to do is tow the new toy home.
