Funky Station

Played my sax for the first time here in Spain at a jam session held with the group Funky Station at a bar in Santander. I was a little rusty, not least because I was a wee bit drunk, and because I've not practised since moving here.

That would be because the walls here are so thin - I've been woken up by the neighbour across the courtyard using her microwave, and I can literally hear my next-door neighbour pissing. Odd indeed.

After the jam session I met everyone else (they were banned from seeing me play) at 100 montadidos, a bar that does 1/2 litre of beer and a pincho (big tapas) for ?2. Ended up getting a bit drunk...
