Scarecrow

We went to Scotsdales Garden Centre today, partly because Mr A had not heard anything about the broken loppers he left there for them to get a spare part and partly to get two hanging baskets which were on offer for £5 each with a voucher.

While I was there I saw this display of the scarecrow and the pumpkins all ready for Firework night and Halloween; it is not yet October; they are also putting their Christmas display together too.

We had cake and coffee in the Sunflower Café; well I had two pieces of cake. I had my usual chocolate brownie made by Scotsdales staff and when I got to the check-out they also had Mrs Crimble's double chocolate cake squares, so I had one of those as well. JaneW you should be proud of me today! Now I must work extra hard at Yoga tonight although I have a cold, something I cannot remember having in years so I may give Yoga a miss tonight.
