Scouting for Boys

Dunbar 1st Scouts was formed in 1908 and the community council decided to mark the centenary with the presentation of a plaque (yes, it all happens in Sunny Dunny). Due to a certain lack of "be preparedness", the presentation was tonight - that's right, 2009.

It was a fun night, with all the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts together along with parents and some former Scouts.

I felt a bit outranked by the photographer from the local paper and the "official" Scout photographer (okay, someone's husband) but I managed to grab a few piccies in between making the teas & coffees.

At the end of it all, I found Matt tucked away in a corner with a book.
