Crystal Ball Gazing

I have never felt the slightest urge to have my palm read or my fortune told, possibly because I consider the tellers charlatans and even if they're not and truly have the second sight, I'd rather take the future as it comes rather than knowing what is about to befall me........
........and still, there's that little sneaky thought that if I could guarantee my future being rosy, it would be good to know that I would become a centenarians with my faculties intact not to mention my hair and teeth.
However, by and large, I won't be pressing the bell on this door in Hanover Street any time soon.
