She did it.

Did a race today called 'The Essex Way'. A 10 stage relay 82 miles across Essex. No Marshals, no signposts, just a list of written instructions to follow. Runners are expected to have a recce run or two of their route before raceday

We had a full team of ten runners but a few others wanted to join in so we also entered a 'B' team.
Frieda came with me but wasn't quite prepared for 8 miles of tough cross country.
However I cajoled and pushed her and we eventually finished together in joint last place for our leg!!!!!
