Mushroom tree

Woke up this morning with a back twinge. Not sure what I have done this time. J managed to get back on an earlier flight so we collected her from the airport much to Kilda’s delight. Emptied the car of boxes for RD and FM as they are getting their flat decorated tomorrow and headed out for a run. Only managed 50m before giving up with back pain. Just when I start to get back into running my body gives up. Took Kilda for a walk in the gardens and noticed the mushroom tree stump had exploded again. Someone had also left a champagne glass in there.
