emergency blip

not as in OMG kind of emergency..
i dont do them..
more of a i forgot to take my camera to work with me and forgot to take any pics kinda blip..

so tired..
this was the view from where i lay in my lounge..
not ready to sit on the big girls sofa yet as im still pingy!¬
