The Wishing Tree.....

.... sits half way down the gallery in Blair Drummond House. Beside it sits a basket filled with multi-coloured ribbons. You choose a ribbon and tie it onto a branch of the tree and make a wish for the year ahead.

It was instigated in June for the Queen's jubilee and most of the residents and students have made a wish on it.

I made 2 wishes in June with one pink ribbon and one blue ribbon - one of them must come true and I'll find out in two months time - it's getting exciting!
