shape and structure

not many shots at the moment...shoulder is playing up.....yesterday i saw a gp...and later i had a txt asking me to rate....1 to 5...followed up by asking me why i voted as i did....was referred to physio...but they only do phone consults....and will sent a sheet with exercises.....if in a few months still have problems....ring again....

today i started walking twice a day....thinking to myself...if i am thinking about a dog i better see if i can   cope with walks twice a day....come what may....

computer is back and in fine fittle...
