Bohemian Cocktail with Elderflower Foam

Today has been chores and the gym, and making lists lists for our next trip. I'd better stock up on the alchohol hand gel as everybody seems to get diarrhoea. After our hectic day yesterday I made us a cocktail so a lazy blip. It is made from gin, grapefruit juice, Elderflower cordial and egg white with a sprig of thyme on top - nice and sour.
