Staring at the Sun
Heading to work today wondering where my blip would appear from, when driving along the dual carriageway the sky in the east suddenly started to turn slightly pink, and then it dawned on me that there was a good chance of a nice sunrise , so foot pressed down on accelerator, little bit of overtaking ... as I need to get to the Kessock Bridge quickly to get a decent view of the Firth and the sun before it vanishes. Parked in lay-by on the bridge and off onto sidewalk , never realised the noise that the traffic makes thundering over the carriageway thump thump constantly. Anyway I got my blip and then it took me ages to get back into the flow of the traffic on the carriageway I'm sure quite a few motorists were cursing me as I pulled out.
