Abstract Thursday - Mint Syrup

With the autumn at our doorstep I'm trying to process all what's rest in my garden. It was sage syrup yesterday and today it is more mint syrup. We will be ready for the cold and wet winter months.

I was reading chemistry doctoral papers. There are many more to be read tomorrow.
