It's snowing in them thar' hills.

I was on Historical Assn business down at the wharf today and after a coffee at the marina cafe stopped to watch the water pour through the flood gates into the inner estuary. Looking to Wharepapa/Mt Arthur I could see snow showers up there while down on the flats it was sunshine.

I had the camera on Landscape setting which gives very intense colours. Little editing necessary.

Had a niece visit this afternoon on her way to live in Auckland after being in Christchurch many years. That was the afternoon gone and the day.
