Bonney peppers

After a few days a way this week my greenhouse has exploded with fruit and vegetables.
The most prolific being these scotch bonnets.
I hadn't really planned what to do with them, the other chilli peppers are destined for chilli jam along with the red peppers but these have no destiny yet, any ideas would be welcome.
