Our new local

We walked to our local this evening for the first time.
It was nice to talk to some locals too. It's not Huffing (as we know it) but it was very nice. The menu looked great too. We have friends staying next weekend so we will probably try the restaurant out then.
We decided to change two rooms around today so that has put us back another day, but never mind. Three steps forward and two steps back. At least it's progress.
Tomorrow morning is the monthly breakfast in the village hall so we're going to go to that. I hope they will have bacon butties!
