This weekend...

Tomorrow (Friday) we drive up to Newcastle for the weekend and on Sunday I'm going for a run between Newcastle and South Shields... there are just a few joining me (some 57000).

The Great North Run! Excited!!

I ran last year, in fact it was my last blip...

This year I'm running for my Nan who had a very serious fall in May breaking her arm, we're on a long recovery and have had a couple of set backs with infections. We've learnt the hard way... they don't bounce as well a her age!

So this run this weekend is for you Nan. Keep being strong and keep being determined!
