Couch to 5k... soon!
My diet has been going pretty well over the past few weeks, and I think I have lost enough weight to drag myself out of the sofa and try running. I used to be a good runner when I was younger, but stopped when I went to university - I'm going to set myself a challenge of running a 10k - hopefully in a time near what I used to run.
I've heard good things about the Couch to 5k program, and have downloaded an app which does timings for you. I've also downloaded the NHS C25k podcast - I'm not sure which I'll use.
