Model village

I was familiar with the concept of model villages set up by philanphropic Victorian manufacturers in places like Port Sunlight and Bourneville. But I had never come across a workers' village established by a colliery before. This one is in Bolsover, spotted when I visited the castle (the extra has a view of the castle from the workers' village).
