Chicken Lady

In training! When the little Fire Ant, and her brother, Superman, come to visit, we are always outside! She is obsessed with chickens! We have our rituals: We put on our hats, coop shoes/boots, and she must have an apron ( that " apricot thing" she calls it. :-) This one was actually my grandmother's. Then we head to the coop! This was not a " set up" photo shoot. Actually it was very serendipitous! I was busy with Superman and talking to a friend when I turned to see this. Talk about scrambling for the camera! :--)
On a side note, sleeping with Superman is not all it's reported to be. :--) He's a bed hog.
