Common Milkweed Harvest

Chilly day that never got above 50ºF or  10ºC.
No outdoor gardening for me, but I did harvest these milkweed pods to let them ripen and dry before removing the seeds.
Once again thanks to Debi for dedicating a freshly hatched monarch to a dear friend, Dorothy. It is an inspired idea and perfect naturalist's work.
