Baking solo

The kiddos require some kind of treat in their lunches for this week so banana almond muffins were on the menu. Caitlin was keen to bake so I sent her into the kitchen with the aim to do as much as she could on her own and just check in with me when she needed to. There were a few check-ins, but I didn't need to leave my seat more than a couple of times. And there was one very proud girl at the end of the hour with good looking muffins to boot.
