1978 Motobecane Bicycle Badge

Excellent progress on the bike rebuild today as the frame is now completely stripped.
Phase two (detailed cleaning of everything) is well underway.
The front and rear derailleurs are degreased as are the headset bearings and the bottom bracket bearings.
It is very apparent that this a much loved old bike.
Not one thing bent or broken, no over tightened nuts or fittings, the entire disassembly was delightfully problem free.
I've ordered all the necessary gewgaws and doodads to bring it back to a nearly factory fresh bicycle.
