Seeds of the Wildflower: Jack in the Pulpit

This plant, so many years ago transplanted
from a friend's wooded land, still comes up every spring after self-seeding in the fall. It has become so prevalent; I pull it up as a weed in many places. All it needs is one of its multiple seeds to establish a new plant in the coming season. Who thought it would be so aggressive. Mice and birds must spread it's seeds. I do love the plants, but not a field of them.
