Bad Hair Day
It was very breezy at the top of Traprain Law, where we met the wild Exmoor ponies. These ponies are on loan from Exmoor as part of a project to get the grass back into its natural state; previously sheep grazed here but they don't nibble the grass as effectively as the ponies. The coarser grass is removed by them, which encourages the growth of wild flowers. They roam freely around the Law all year round in a feral group.
My entry for this week's challenge 'WILDLIFE', and hoping it's wild enough :0
