Stretching

After doing Total Body Fitness at Lucille Roberts and weight lifting I went on a two mile run at the park. I always stretch right after I run because it helps to be less sore a few hours later or the next day. So I was stretching and my head was upside down and I thought to myself would would a picture look like from my upside down view with my legs parted and then snap, I took one with my phone (:
