I took Bethany that re-learning tricks is a natural part of the process. So I told her to re-learn some ice skating trick andx whilst she was doing that is go to the skatepark and try and land a 360 flip# or tre (pronounced tray) flip as it's now known.

I managed 2 perfectly clean ones which is a result in my book.

A 360 flip is where you flip the board along it length and rotate it underneath you at the same time to land back on it. I find it really nippy but would love to be more consistent with them.
