Arrived Oslo

Sat on tarmac at Heathrow for two and a half hours. The 100+ people on board were not impressed by BA; as the cabin crew could not hand out free food or drinks as they had been provided by M&S. Looks like two UK institutions of BA and M&S have now got a bad reputation amongst those 100 people. BA taking yet another step down into budget airline territory.

Arrived in Oslo. Hotel also a disappointment. Tiny rooms and rubbish Wifi. Got to stick this out for three days.....
