RibFest

He comes up from Louisiana to grill ribs and slather them with BBQ sauce - full racks or half racks or if you want chicken he can do that too.  I wondered if ribs were on the the NAFTA trade agenda and he said no - he is working with Canadian meat and he provides American expertise.  Met him several times - had to be careful not to get BBQ sauce all over my camera.
