Choices

Friday, I was back at work....and man oh man....the phone ringing.....the emails.....people walking into my office...it was a nutso of a day.  It felt like it never stopped.  I did take an early lunch and ran to the flooring place, and picked up some floor samples.  The Hubby did some looking at our woodstove earlier this week and decided we need a new one if we don't want to catch our house on fire (which we don't), and so he ripped the old one out.  He tore out the tiles around it, as they were broken (they were installed in 1979).  So...we figure it is finally time to change the 1979 flooring in that area and the kitchen as well!  WOO HOO!  this makes this mama happy.  

Sugar had a great day.  It was only a half day at school (her new Friday routine), and then got to spend the afternoon with her cousins.  She was allllll smiles when I picked her up.  

We had a quiet Friday evening, and went to be early after choosing the tile on the left.  Rustic Slate.  Can't wait!
