Magnolia

This lovely magnolia tree has just burst into flower at my daughter, son in law and grandchildren's temporary property in-between the sale of their house and the construction of their new house. Temporary is probably not the correct word as their other house is rented out until April. It then has to be demolished to make way for the new build.
