....had got away, And had joined the wild bush horses - he was worth a thousand pound."  - The Man from Snowy River by Banjo Paterson.  

It was raining when I visited the horses at the local riding school - well local to those in Mt Claremont.  The riding school was in progress and this lovely brown horse had finished school for the day and was preparing himself for tomorrow.  Horses are beautiful animals.
